  • "We are so pleased we again chose Sarah Symington to cater our wedding anniversary (this time our 50th). The planning stage was fun and Sarah accommodated all our wishes, especially catering for the young children attending. The Treasure Table was a big hit. We asked Sarah to manage everything from tables to food to wine and as she works closely with the venue we chose (Petyt Hall), this gave us the assurance that there would be no hidden surprises. Added to which, most of her team has been with her for some time and the day worked like clockwork. We received many compliments from our guests about the food, the staff and the location.   • “I can honestly say that we absolutely made the best of choices in choosing your Company to provide the food and drink for the launch of the Field Marshals Memoir at the National Army Museum on Tuesday evening. All the canapés were simply divine, both in taste and in presentation and what a very talented bunch of chefs you have and full marks to them for spoiling us with their treats. Your recommendations on the wines were spot on and I think we had quite a run on the Crémant de Loire Brut not too mention your Rosy Pippin non-alcoholic cocktail. Both very popular indeed. Your team also quite brilliant from Kwame downwards. Many have commented that not only were they incredibly efficient and attentive (and smart) but also incredibly courteous and warm. So many of us have been to Receptions where there is no real engagement from the barmen, cloakroom assistants and waiting staff but this cannot be said of yours and many congratulations to them for doing so much to make the evening the special one it was. And final thanks to you and what a pleasure it has been from start to finish. We simply could not have asked for more and your attention to detail and with the finest of touches rare these days in my opinion. I know that Lord and Lady Guthrie were thrilled with the evening believing it a great success and your Company’s part in it a key enabler to that.”
